Overview

The Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support (WINGS) is seeking a qualified organization to design and deliver a global e-learning programme aimed at policymakers and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) tailored to policymakers.
Ensure the programme combines self-paced digital learning with interactive elements.
Conduct evaluations to assess participants’ learning outcomes.
Facilitate online workshops and live sessions for participant engagement.
Produce key deliverables including a comprehensive learning framework, e-learning curriculum, and final evaluation report.

Requirements

Proven expertise in designing and delivering e-learning programmes for policymakers.
Strong instructional design and digital learning capabilities.
Experience working with government stakeholders and facilitating capacity-building initiatives.
Credibility to provide certification or recognition for participants.
Experience with EU institutions is an advantage.

Total budget for this consultancy is USD 70,000, with payments made in phases based on deliverables.
