Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Ltd is inviting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. This opportunity is designed for motivated graduates who are ready to begin their careers with real responsibility. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in agribusiness and related fields.

The programme is based in Anambra and offers participants the chance to gain practical exposure across key business functions within a structured learning environment. Selected candidates will be immersed in real operations. For those interested in a graduate trainee programme, this role provides both structure and support. In addition, they will be supported to build relevant skills for long term career growth.

Opportunities are available across multiple departments including supply chain, poultry operations, procurement, engineering, project management, business operations, sales and marketing, and human resources. Through the graduate trainee programme at Eastern Plains, candidates can explore many functional areas.

To be eligible, candidates must possess a BSc or HND in relevant disciplines such as agriculture, sciences, engineering, finance or business related fields with a minimum of second class upper. Applicants must have completed NYSC. They must also have between 0 and 4 years post NYSC experience and must not be older than 28 years. Furthermore, interested applicants should note that participation in this graduate trainee programme is limited to those who meet these requirements.

The organisation is seeking individuals who are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn. In addition, they should have a strong interest in contributing to a dynamic agribusiness environment as part of the graduate trainee programme.
