Overview

The role involves overseeing marketplace initiatives as the Marketplace Operations Lead for a fast-growing eCommerce brand that specializes in protective coatings and DIY restoration products. This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of multi-channel eCommerce operations and marketplace workflows.
• Coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage Marketplace Specialists by assigning work, setting priorities, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day execution.
• Investigate performance changes, analyze marketplace data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Review work for accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to Marketplace Specialists.
• Work effectively with Marketing, Creative, Inventory, Product, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable work.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Shopify, and project management tools like Asana.
