Overview

The role involves working as an eCommerce Operations and Inventory Specialist for a growing Australian e-commerce brand focused on home and lifestyle products. The position is fully remote and intended for those experienced in Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketplace and fulfillment operations across Australia, the US, and Canada
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and plan replenishment to prevent stockouts
• Communicate with suppliers and track production timelines
• Create and manage purchase orders and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate freight forwarders, inspections, 3PLs, and international shipments
• Create shipments for FBA, prepare labels and documentation, and monitor delivery
• Handle Amazon listings, variations, images, A+ Content, and storefront updates
• Manage Seller Support cases and troubleshoot issues
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Proactively manage priorities and operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations
• Strong experience with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
• Hands-on experience creating and managing Amazon FBA shipments
• Experience managing Amazon listings and Seller Support cases
• Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for analysis and reporting
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces is preferable
