Overview

The Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist will lead cross-channel acquisition and drive profitable commercial growth across a dynamic portfolio of brands for a company based in the UK. This remote role focuses on expanding the main brand and supporting emerging brands through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta Ads, TikTok/TikTok Shop, and Google Ads.
• Manage performance marketing across a portfolio of brands, focusing on scaling operations.
• Develop strategies to ensure profitable ecommerce growth, optimizing customer acquisition costs and increasing average order value.
• Integrate paid advertising, organic content, UGC testing, creator/affiliate marketing, and retargeting activities.
• Leverage creator/affiliate partnerships and paid campaigns within TikTok Seller Center.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Performance Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable ecommerce revenue growth.
• Experience in improving average order value and conversion rates through strategic initiatives.
• Proficient in Google Ads, including Google Shopping and Performance Max.
• Success in driving TikTok Shop growth through creators and affiliates.
• Experience in developing high-converting UGC and ad creatives.
• Ability to integrate multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
