    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities with Tier 1 banks and regulated organizations across EMEA.
    • Build and execute strategic account plans to acquire new customers and expand relationships.
    • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
    • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
    • Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges and position Hawk's solutions.
    • Partner with customers to explore innovative AI use cases that improve operational efficiency.
    • Develop compelling executive presentations, business cases, and solution strategies.
    • Generate and nurture pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions and deliver successful customer outcomes.
    • Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product strategy.
    • Maintain pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems.
    • Drive disciplined opportunity management using a value-based, data-driven sales methodology.
    • Lead commercial negotiations balancing customer requirements with strategic objectives.
    • Develop long-term account growth strategies to drive customer retention and value.
    • Stay current on industry trends and represent Hawk at industry events and forums.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record in high-value deals.
    • Experience selling into Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions.
    • Strong understanding of RegTech and financial crime compliance.
    • Demonstrated consultative selling and account management experience.
    • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Experience collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and willingness to travel as needed.
