The role of Enterprise Context Architect involves leading the context layer on which AI depends, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of enterprise knowledge while altering strategies as AI capabilities evolve.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define the source-of-truth strategy for enterprise knowledge.
    • Establish enterprise standards that make content AI-ready.
    • Design a control model for AI actions including eligibility rules and escalation paths.
    • Lead platform and connector strategy across the content stack.
    • Build the federated operating model for enterprise content stewardship.
    • Define content quality in an AI context and evaluate retrieval and grounding for priority use cases.
    • Co-own criteria for AI content eligibility with Legal, Privacy, and Security.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years designing information structure at enterprise scale, with 2 years focused on AI.
    • Experience preparing content for AI consumption, with fluency in concepts like retrieval-augmented generation and vector search.
    • Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs or semantic models.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
    • Sound judgment in balancing standards and expertise.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or Microsoft 365.
    • Familiarity with structured authoring methodologies.
    • Experience with AI evaluation tools for measuring retrieval quality.
    • Background in regulated content domains.

    Benefits

    Compensation for this role ranges from $129,200 to $174,800 CAD.
