Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

Be 18–35 years old
Be an indigene of: Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo State
Hold an HND or University Degree
Have completed NYSC (if applicable)
Be unemployed
Have a viable business idea
Have ≤ 3 years business experience
Not have benefited from similar programmes before
