Overview

The role of Enterprise Sales Director at Five9 involves creating, identifying, and closing sales within North America or a specified list of named accounts. This position is focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue, requiring a self-starting closing mentality and the ability to generate a substantial business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
• Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking and associations.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Develop and present business plans during quarterly review sessions.
• Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within the internal forecasting system (SFDC).
• Self-generate leads from personal connections and regional networking events.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention throughout the implementation and support experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience selling at the C-level.
• Proven track record of sales excellence.
• A proven sales hunter and closer.
• Superior professional presence and business acumen.

Location

This role is fully remote for candidates residing outside the 30-mile radius of an office. Candidates within that distance will work in a hybrid capacity, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
