Key Responsibilities
- Assess the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize revenue.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules.
- Promote the UiPath enterprise automation platform with a value selling approach.
- Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of UiPath solutions.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Develop partnerships with local and global systems integrators to drive successful customer implementations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value.
- Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to identify customer needs.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing internally with other sales executives and teams.
- Explore ways to incorporate automation into daily work processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of solution/value selling experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Accounts.
- 5+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts simply.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and growing an enterprise client portfolio.
- Ability to navigate client organizations and develop contacts at multiple levels.
- Research and data-driven approach to account planning.
- Self-starter with a commitment to team success.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
