Overview
The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover regional and community banks and credit unions across the northeast, building UiPath's presence with these institutions. This role involves working with C-Suite executives and various teams to deliver value through UiPath's automation and AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue from regional banks and credit unions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on a quarterly basis.
- Present, promote, and sell UiPath solutions through a tailored value-selling approach.
- Educate customers on enhancing efficiency and reducing costs using UiPath without large technology budgets.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with executive leadership and operations teams at community-oriented institutions.
- Develop trusted relationships with partners and systems integrators serving community banks and credit unions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers receive maximum value and address issues promptly.
- Monitor market conditions, competitors, and regulatory trends to understand customer needs better.
- Share knowledge and best practices internally across sales teams.
- Explore automation integration into banking workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of solution/value selling experience.
- 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to regional banks and credit unions preferred.
- Expertise in communicating AI capabilities and ROI metrics to C-suite executives.
- Ability to simplify complex automation concepts into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and banking operations.
- Proven success in year-over-year quota attainment and growing enterprise client portfolios.
- Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build key relationships.
- Research and data-driven approach to account planning.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
