Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by hiring, onboarding, and coaching reps.
• Own regional performance, including forecast accuracy and pipeline quality.
• Be deeply involved in key customer deals and support negotiations and strategies.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in managing enterprise sales teams.
• Experience with complex deals ($1M+).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
