Overview

Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software. The company is seeking an Enterprise Solution Consultant specializing in AI Agents to enhance customer experiences through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Drive prospect-facing solution discovery and integrate Five9 technology into client infrastructures.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise for sales and solution consultants.
• Deliver customized solution demonstrations and presentations.
• Respond to customer Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Communicate opportunity engagement plans and progress effectively.
• Develop sales materials aligned with specific opportunities.
• Collaborate with Professional Services for product configuration and transition.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement with internal stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing and Product Managers to define new initiatives.
• Travel nationally on short notice, up to 60% of the time for on-site consulting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge in systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST).
• Proficiency in Voice and Digital AI products like AI Agents and Chatbots.
• Experience in enterprise architecture design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Successful solution selling experience.
• High self-motivation.

Location

This role is fully remote for candidates outside the 30-mile radius of an office. Those within this radius will work in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
