ERM Compliance Lead @Brex

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance compliance programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage compliance issue management processes, including governance and reporting.
• Conduct compliance reviews of new products and material changes.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance compliance program initiatives.
• Implement workflow tools to support compliance initiatives.
• Manage external inquiries and audits, ensuring timely submissions of reports.
• Represent Brex during external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or risk within financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory governance for card, lending, and deposit products.
• Experience with risk assessments, issue management, and regulatory change management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Benefits

Salary range: $95,000 - $118,000 USD; equity and other forms of compensation may be included. Flexible hybrid work environment with up to four weeks of remote work per year.

Location

This role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and requires a minimum of three days in the office each week.
