The European Council on Foreign Relations is offering a part-time Working Student opportunity in Berlin, supporting the organisation’s Geoeconomics and Technology initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination:
  • Assist in organising events including preparing participant lists, sending invitations, and managing RSVPs.
  • Liaise with speakers, participants, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venues, hotels, and catering services.
• Communications Support:
  • Contribute to project communications by drafting social media content, scheduling posts, and supporting newsletters.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with project objectives.
• Project and Administrative Support:
  • Maintain and update project databases.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support.
  • Collaborate with team members across different offices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong organisational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media, and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in geoeconomics and technology policy.
