Events Manager | EMEA | Remote @Grafana Labs

Overview

The EMEA Events Manager at Grafana Labs will manage and deliver regional events across EMEA and, over time, APJ. This role is suited for an experienced event manager who will lead end-to-end event logistics and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a portfolio of in-person events.
• Lead end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Own event project management with detailed timelines and budgets.
• Define and track event success metrics and conduct post-event analysis.
• Create and approve event assets for brand consistency.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for improved efficiency.
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively during events.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and agency partners.

Requirements

• Located in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany.
• 4+ years of event management experience.
• Proven ownership of the full event lifecycle.
• Experience as the primary on-site lead for events.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Curiosity about adopting new marketing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
