Overview

Evidence Based Solutions is seeking experienced and proactive Field Work Data Collectors (FWDCs) to join their research team for short-term consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned medical facilities for on-site data collection.
• Interview facility management and staff to understand operational processes and challenges.
• Gather insights from patients related to gender-based violence and sexual reproductive health.
• Inspect and catalogue medical equipment.
• Collect comprehensive information on facility services and capabilities.
• Input data accurately and promptly into the online system.
• Handle all data with confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Translate and record responses in English during interviews.
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, or a related health field.
• Prior experience in gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health research, or data collection.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online data collection tools.
• Ability to operate tablets/laptops proficiently.
• Fluency in local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to various environments.
