Luma AI is focused on building multimodal AI to enhance human imagination and capabilities. The UK Executive Assistant will play a vital role in establishing operational foundations for the company's expansion into Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner and gatekeeper for the Head of EMEA, enabling effective prioritization.
- Serve as the cultural and operational bridge, ensuring communication between the US HQ and EMEA/Middle East teams.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of EMEA (75%) and the broader EMEA leadership team (25%).
- Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and coordinate regional events to optimize executive time.
- Proactively identify and solve operational challenges, creating scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle high-stakes logistics and stakeholder management, ensuring a positive experience for partners and visitors.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate global collaboration, particularly between 4 PM - 10 PM UK time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a history of delivering high-impact results.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted proxy for executives.
- Expertise in collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- A track record of executing operational outcomes independently.
