Overview

The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) has announced an open call for an experienced Individual Consultant / Facilitator to design and deliver a high-level capacity-building programme on gender equality and women’s participation, aimed at professionals from Asia and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Design the training curriculum, including structuring the programme agenda and developing training materials.
Collaborate with experts or co-trainers to enhance the learning experience.
Facilitate 2 to 3 sessions during the three-day training event.
Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate the programme's effectiveness.
Prepare a training report summarizing the facilitation process, key discussions, and participant feedback.
Propose follow-up initiatives to extend the impact of the training.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of professional experience in gender equality, women's empowerment, and training facilitation.
Strong knowledge of international frameworks related to gender equality.
Experience in designing and facilitating gender-related training programmes.
Technical expertise in gender analysis methodologies and gender-responsive budgeting.
Ability to engage with diverse audiences in English.
