Overview
Powerstove-NASENI, a stove manufacturing company, is recruiting qualified professionals to support the production and distribution of clean cooking stoves in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory Operations Manager: Oversee factory setup, manage production planning, coordinate assembly line operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient production.
- Quality Assurance Officer: Ensure compliance with quality standards, monitor testing procedures, and maintain ISO-based quality systems.
- Community Engagement and Health, Safety, and Environment Officer: Promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with environmental standards, and strengthen community relations.
Requirements
- Factory Operations Manager: 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing or factory management; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or related field.
- Quality Assurance Officer: 5-8 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related discipline; certifications like Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma preferred.
- Community Engagement and Health, Safety, and Environment Officer: Degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related disciplines with experience in safety training and community outreach.
