Field Application Engineer @Real-Time Innovations

Overview

RTI is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support Aerospace & Defense customers in the EMEA territory. This role involves working closely with the Account Manager to drive product and service growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling presentations that convey RTI technology value and benefits to prospects.
• Organize and execute detailed Proof-of-Concept engagements and build software demos using RTI products.
• Support product proposals to align with customer requirements, including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer pre-sales technical blockers and respond to RFPs.
• Document and coordinate customer technical requirements with Product Management for product evolution.
• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Account management.
• Create technical articles for publication showcasing RTI Technology and Business value.
• Attend tradeshows and events to present and promote RTI products.

Requirements

• BS or higher in a technical field; MS preferred.
• Ability to travel (~20-40%) and perform on-site work.
• 5+ years in the A&D Industry in a technical role.
• Strong understanding of operating systems and networking concepts.
• C/C++ development expertise and knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• EU Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of projects.
