Job Responsibilities

Conduct field visits for credit monitoring and loan recovery
Engage customers to assess repayment capacity and agree on repayment plans
Monitor loan accounts and ensure compliance with repayment terms
Document all customer interactions and field activities accurately
Identify high risk and non performing loans and escalate appropriately
Ensure compliance with internal policies and CBN regulations

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field

Experience

1 to 2 years experience in credit operations loan recovery or similar role

Skills

Knowledge of credit administration and recovery processes
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
