    💼 Role Summary

    The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations at the base level, ensuring compliance with PUI policies, donor requirements, and national regulations.

    You will manage finance teams, oversee accounting systems, monitor budgets, and ensure strong financial controls to support program delivery.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and supervise the base finance team
    • Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and financial compliance
    • Manage budgets, forecasts (OFU/LFU), and expenditure tracking
    • Oversee payroll verification and vendor payments
    • Ensure proper cash management, forecasts, and reconciliations
    • Maintain financial documentation and archiving systems
    • Support audits and donor compliance processes
    • Provide financial guidance to program and support teams

    ✅ Requirements

    • B.Sc / M.Sc in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 5–10 years of relevant experience (NGO experience preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and reporting
    • Experience with donor-funded projects
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

    💰 Salary

    ₦1,060,667 per month
