💼 Role Summary

We are recruiting 15 Field Partner Activation Representatives to onboard retail businesses into the Myka Partner Network across Abuja.

This is a field-based, target-driven role ideal for candidates confident in engaging business owners and completing on-site registrations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned markets and commercial areas daily
• Engage and onboard retail partners (phone shops, electronics stores, car dealers, mechanics, etc.)
• Present and pitch the Myka Partner Programme
• Demonstrate the mobile app and assist with registration
• Meet daily targets (8–12 partner sign-ups)
• Submit daily reports and attend team debriefs

✅ Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident engaging business owners
• Comfortable using smartphone apps
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of Abuja markets
• Must own a smartphone

💰 Compensation

• ₦7,500 daily allowance
• ₦1,500 per successful signup
• ₦3,500 bonus per active partner (first sale within 1 week)
