• Own customer engagements end-to-end, framing problems, building solutions, and driving real commercial impact.
• Apply and adapt frontier ML, forecasting, and optimization techniques to problems that lack textbook answers.
• Transform practical insights into product direction, enhancing core capabilities for future customers.
• Work autonomously across a wide range of stakeholders, making judgment calls to deliver results.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in applied AI and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• Strong track record in applying ML/data science to commercial problems, particularly in forecasting, optimization, or supply chain/pricing.
• Proactive mindset focused on ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with adaptability to tackle diverse problems.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and direct customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with agentic/LLM-based systems or production-level ML development.
