Requirements

• Proven track record in applying machine learning/data science to commercial challenges, particularly in forecasting, optimization, or supply chain/pricing.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes and tackle ambiguous problems independently.
• Fluent in programming languages, especially Python and SQL.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of direct customer engagement.
• Bonus: Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems, or building machine learning in production.
