Key Responsibilities
- Manage assets and general services within the assigned zone.
- Ensure smooth coordination of administrative activities across designated zones.
- Maintain an updated database of all assets within the zone.
- Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures related to asset management.
- Ensure all offices are branded in line with the bank’s standards and objectives.
- Oversee vendor management processes and ensure proper registration of vendors.
- Coordinate distribution of operational materials, stocks, and stationery to branches within the zone.
- Manage inventory and stock documentation.
- Conduct quarterly needs assessments.
- Supervise support staff such as security personnel and cleaners.
- Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Manage rent-related matters and insurance issues.
- Handle communication lines approved for operational use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in facilities management or corporate services.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
