Overview

The One Acre Fund is inviting applications for the role of Global Data Analyst Intern. This internship is part of the organization’s Young Professionals Program, designed to equip high-performing African graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to large-scale, mission-driven agricultural development work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and operational reports.
• Develop scalable data products that support cross-functional decision-making.
• Build reliable KPI dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Support daily operations of the tech service desk.
• Partner with engineers to integrate business logic into data systems.
• Contribute to standardization of BI tools and dashboards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or BI development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of Python or R (preferred).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Apache Superset, or Dataiku.
• Ability to design scalable and user-friendly dashboards.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
