Global Director of Programmes @VVOB – Education for Development

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead VVOB's international education programmes and partnerships, aiming to improve education systems and expand access to quality education across Africa, Asia, and South America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of VVOB’s global programme strategy.
• Ensure high-quality programme design, implementation, and strengthen monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Support donor engagement, funding opportunities, and maintain a sustainable programme pipeline.
• Coach and support the global programme team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Engage with government ministries, international donors, and education sector networks.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing complex international programmes.
• Strong strategic leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with governments and donor agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and representation abilities.
• Commitment to quality education and equitable development.
