Overview

This position offers an opportunity to work as an Operations Officer for OPay, a leading fintech company focused on driving financial inclusion across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track the performance of Business Developers (BDs) within assigned regions.
Conduct regular field visits to assess product adoption and engagement with OPay’s services.
Collect, analyze, and manage operational data using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Support merchant onboarding processes and maintain compliance with company policies.
Provide guidance and feedback to enhance productivity and address challenges.
Timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant experience in operations, sales support, or field operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecommunications.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication abilities.
