    Overview

    This position offers an opportunity to work as an Operations Officer for OPay, a leading fintech company focused on driving financial inclusion across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and track the performance of Business Developers (BDs) within assigned regions.
    • Conduct regular field visits to assess product adoption and engagement with OPay’s services.
    • Collect, analyze, and manage operational data using Microsoft Excel.
    • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
    • Support merchant onboarding processes and maintain compliance with company policies.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to enhance productivity and address challenges.
    • Timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in operations, sales support, or field operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecommunications.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
