This program offers outstanding young professionals from around the world a chance to join a leading international platform focused on internet governance, digital innovation, and global cooperation through the Global Youth Leadership Program (GYLP).

Eligibility

Applicants must be under the age of 45.
Support the mission of the World Internet Conference and its vision of building a shared future in cyberspace.
Demonstrate significant achievements in internet-related or ICT fields.
Disciplines include government, technology, academia, NGOs, and digital businesses.

Selected Global Youth Leaders will receive:

An official World Internet Conference Global Youth Leader Certificate.
Invitation to attend the 2026 WIC Wuzhen Summit and speak at the Youth Forum.
Round-trip airfare, accommodation, and meals, subject to approval.
Networking opportunities with officials, organizations, companies, researchers, and experts.
Opportunities to organise workshops and activities at future WIC summits.
Eligibility for support for youth-led initiatives aligned with the WIC Global Youth Leaders Initiative.
