Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across product lifecycle stages
Serve as the primary representative for operations within the Indian market
Drive collaboration across global teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure production efficiency, quality assurance, and cost optimization
Operate within a matrix structure to manage multi-disciplinary initiatives
Drive strategic initiatives and resolve site-specific operational issues
Partner with cross-functional leaders to maintain production continuity
Optimize factory performance across cost, quality, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with contract manufacturers to exceed performance targets
Identify risks early and implement solutions to prevent production delays
Execute localized manufacturing strategies aligned with global priorities
Monitor regulatory and market trends within India
Engage with legal teams and government stakeholders for compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 8 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations roles
Experience across the full product lifecycle, from prototype to end-of-life
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
