UNU-MERIT is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator within the Capacity Development Office (CDO). This role is designed for professionals eager to contribute to global policy development and capacity-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of training activities in collaboration with academic staff and partners.
- Assisting in the design, delivery, and evaluation of capacity development programmes.
- Coordinating logistics such as travel, accommodation, and training venues.
- Managing e-learning platforms, including participant registration and technical support.
- Participating in internal coordination meetings and project discussions.
- Contributing to donor reporting and project documentation.
- Supporting additional project-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in international or academic settings.
- A university degree or higher professional education qualification.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office and e-learning platforms such as Moodle or Canvas.
- Fluency in English and French.
