Overview

The Holohil Grant Program provides funding opportunities for wildlife researchers and conservationists to support their tracking projects aimed at protecting endangered species.

Eligibility

• Wildlife researchers
• Conservation professionals
• Students and educators
• Non-scientists involved in conservation work

Applications are welcome from individuals in any country.

Benefits

• Wildlife transmitters valued up to CAD $2,500
• Full coverage of shipping costs (excluding import duties and taxes)

Additionally, Holohil accepts used transmitters for refurbishment to support more projects.

How to Apply

• Submit a project summary (maximum 500 words)
• Email your application to the official grant address
• Applications are reviewed quarterly by an independent panel of experts

Deadline

• Quarter 1: Deadline January 15 – Notification March 1
• Quarter 2: Deadline April 15 – Notification June 1
• Quarter 3: Deadline July 15 – Notification September 1
• Quarter 4: Deadline October 15 – Notification December 1

Applicants can reapply in future quarters if not selected.
