Growth Content Engineer @Railway

Overview

This is a remote position available across the globe at Railway, a company focused on simplifying the deployment of logic for engineers and enhancing their efficiency in modern development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and report on current performance in search, agents, and LLM chat to identify areas for content improvement.
• Engineer content across owned assets to enhance both conventional search (SEO) and agentic search (AEO).
• Build standalone app examples to clarify Railway’s capabilities for new users and LLMs.
• Transform documentation and blogs into top-ranked assets, which includes writing guides and optimizing site architecture.
• Manage technical site performance end-to-end, focusing on improving searchability.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, particularly in writing.
• Ability to analyze data using AEO tools and user trends to inform writing and measure results.
• Enthusiasm for Railway and ability to share insights on its benefits to developers.
• Strong prioritization skills and comfort dealing with ambiguity typical of early-stage startups.
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and stacks, capable of producing educational content on public cloud deployment.
• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for easier understanding.
