Overview

Circle is building an AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses, aiming to connect creators and their audiences. The Growth Lead for Discover will focus on driving demand for a marketplace designed to help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own growth for the Discover marketplace by driving traffic and increasing GMV and transaction volume.
• Conduct A/B testing and run experiments to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop lifecycle email programs to enhance the acquisition funnel for Discover.
• Build and implement an SEO program to grow Discover's organic reach.
• Support creator success by directing buyers to them and analyzing traffic generation.
• Create reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with the GM of Discover and co-founders to shape growth strategy.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in driving revenue or GMV growth across multiple channels.
• Background in email and lifecycle marketing with comprehensive performance metrics.
• Experience in acquiring email subscribers profitably and maximizing their value.
• Hands-on capability as a player-coach in project execution.
• Deep understanding of marketplaces and network effects.
• Able to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, experimental environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced work setting.

Benefits

Circle offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-160,000 USD, equity in the company, 35 days of paid time off per year, and a benefits package that supports health, wellbeing, and professional growth. Remote work is supported, with company retreats held twice a year in various locations.
