GTM Systems Manager @Scribe

Overview

Scribe is a rapidly growing company focused on transforming how people work through its Specialized Intelligence platform. The GTM Systems Manager role involves managing various systems related to Salesforce and HubSpot to support revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets.
• Manage production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues.
• Maintain accurate LeanData routing graphs as the business evolves.
• Oversee daily operation of the enrichment stack, including credit monitoring and CRM hygiene.
• Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration.
• Collaborate on CPQ configuration with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems.
• Resolve tickets related to the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems.
• Strong understanding of admin fundamentals, including flows and change management.
• Experience working within existing architectures without needing to redesign.
• Proficient in using AI-native tools for daily operations.
• Desire for a pathway from execution to architecture ownership.
