    Overview

    Dropbox is looking for a strategic leader to build and scale the next generation of Sales Enablement as the Head of Global Sales Enablement & AI Adoption. This role involves defining how the sales organization learns, executes, and performs at scale, with a focus on AI adoption to transform workflows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the global Sales Enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with Dropbox’s go-to-market priorities.
    • Build scalable enablement programs that enhance seller productivity, manager effectiveness, onboarding, launch readiness, and revenue performance.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Product Marketing, IT, and executive leadership to ensure consistent execution across global teams.
    • Partner with GTM Technology and enterprise AI teams to identify and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
    • Establish measurement frameworks connecting enablement investments to business outcomes.
    • Develop a high-performing enablement organization that reinforces learning, coaching, and adoption.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in enablement connected to customer and business outcomes.
    • Facilitate adoption and change management for newly introduced AI capabilities in workflows.

    Requirements

    • Significant experience leading Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
    • Proven success in building global enablement strategies that improve seller productivity and business outcomes.
    • Experience working with senior executives to influence strategy and execution.
    • Ability to use business performance data to diagnose sales challenges and measure program effectiveness.
    • A transformation mindset as a builder willing to challenge the status quo.
    • Experience in driving adoption of AI capabilities through enablement and training.
    • Strong leadership experience in developing high-performing teams during growth and change.
    • Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership skills.
