Head of Global Total Rewards @Fastly

Overview

The Head of Global Total Rewards at Fastly is responsible for the strategy and execution of benefits, wellness, and both broad-based and executive compensation. This role involves collaborating with the leadership team to develop innovative and equitable programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a competitive, end-to-end Total Rewards strategy aligned with Fastly's overall talent agenda.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, to develop compensation strategies.
• Manage and oversee the design, implementation, administration, and reporting of executive and equity compensation programs.
• Evaluate and enhance employee recognition approaches based on best practices and engagement objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in the administration of compensation programs, liaising with legal teams as necessary.
• Communicate the details of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs effectively to employees.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in Compensation, Benefits, and/or Total Rewards or HR Operations.
• Deep experience in designing executive compensation plans for both pre-IPO and public companies.
• Sales compensation experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of health and wellness programs and employment contracts.

Location

This position is open to hybrid and remote work locations within the United States, with preferred offices in San Francisco, CA, Denver, CO, and New York, NY.
