Overview

The Head of Product for AI Shared Services at Xero will lead the strategy and execution of platform areas, shaping the next generation of products and standards relied upon by teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for the AI Shared Services domain and develop a roadmap for upcoming quarters.

Requirements

• Strong product leadership experience in platform products, infrastructure, developer experience, or enterprise services.
• Experience managing a portfolio of interdependent products.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, eventing, communication and data platforms, and cloud environments.
• Strong commercial judgement for investments in shared capabilities.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and handle competing priorities.
• Track record of growing teams and connecting their work to broader company goals.
