Head of Technology and Architecture @NICE Actimize

Overview

The Director of Technology and Architecture at NICE Actimize owns the technical vision for a wide-ranging set of products, ensuring they are coherent, secure, scalable, and economical to build and operate. This hands-on leadership role involves setting architectural direction and raising the engineering bar within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year target architecture across the product suite.
• Establish an architecture strategy for on-premise, private cloud, public cloud, or pure cloud SaaS.
• Drive platform and shared-services strategy to reduce fragmentation across products.
• Translate business and product strategy into technical roadmaps.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance in architecture by design.
• Establish and run an architecture governance function.
• Lead and mentor architects and senior engineers.
• Represent the technical vision with key customers and partners.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with a track record in senior architecture roles.
• Experience with enterprise-grade products in multiple deployment models.
• Expertise in distributed systems, data architecture, and major public clouds.
• Knowledge of security and resilience engineering in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Direct experience in fintech or related domains is an advantage.

Location
