    Overview

    A new senior leadership opportunity has opened at Frontline AIDS for the position of Associate Director: Learning & Innovation. This role offers a chance to shape global HIV strategies, drive innovation, and strengthen community-led responses across nearly 100 countries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Learning & Innovation function, guiding strategy and execution
    • Coordinate cross-organisational efforts to align strategic priorities
    • Identify, develop, and scale effective community-led HIV interventions
    • Promote low-cost, scalable solutions across regions and countries
    • Strengthen partnerships with civil society organisations and global allies
    • Drive innovation in HIV and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) programming
    • Influence policy and advocacy through evidence-based insights
    • Represent Frontline AIDS at regional and global levels

    Requirements

    • Proven leadership experience in global health, HIV, or development sectors
    • Strong understanding of community-led approaches and social justice
    • A track record of driving innovation and scaling impactful solutions
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to influence across complex organisations
    • Passion for equity, inclusion, and human rights

    Benefits

    • Salary: ZAR 1,850,000 per annum (locally benchmarked)
