Compensation and Benefits

The monthly base salary for this position is ₦86,000 with additional commissions reaching up to ₦120,000. Successful candidates will also be entitled to Health Insurance HMO coverage.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma OND in any discipline. A minimum of one to three years of sales experience specifically within the Loan or Buy Now Pay Later BNPL sector is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills along with a passion for sales and a target driven mindset. The ability to cross sell products and immediate availability to resume duties are essential criteria for this role.
