    Overview

    Albarka Health Spring Foundation is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of HR and Admin Assistant to support operations in Sokoto State.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support general office administration including document filing, office equipment management, and supervision of office assistants and cleaners.
    • Coordinate meetings and event planning.
    • Maintain office supplies and assets, and support staff travel arrangements.
    • Ensure that office facilities remain functional and well maintained.
    • Assist in recruitment processes, maintain personnel records, and track staff attendance and leave.
    • Monitor probation periods and support onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
    • Assist with payroll documentation such as timesheets and pay slips.
    • Support compliance with safeguarding, code of conduct, and organizational policies.

    Requirements

    • HND or bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
    • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps program.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
