Overview
Albarka Health Spring Foundation is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of HR and Admin Assistant to support operations in Sokoto State.
Key Responsibilities
- Support general office administration including document filing, office equipment management, and supervision of office assistants and cleaners.
- Coordinate meetings and event planning.
- Maintain office supplies and assets, and support staff travel arrangements.
- Ensure that office facilities remain functional and well maintained.
- Assist in recruitment processes, maintain personnel records, and track staff attendance and leave.
- Monitor probation periods and support onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
- Assist with payroll documentation such as timesheets and pay slips.
- Support compliance with safeguarding, code of conduct, and organizational policies.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps program.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
