Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing staff welfare programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Digitize staff records and maintain filing systems.
- Update employee records and support HR analytics.
- Provide support in recruitment processes, logistics, and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities such as trainings and workshops.
Requirements
- A first degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory; one year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; excellent communication and documentation skills.
