    The HR Manager will serve as a key strategic partner, responsible for driving the organization’s human capital strategy. This role covers talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compliance, and a strong focus on Learning & Development (L&D).

    🎯 Key Responsibilities

    🔹 Strategic Human Capital Leadership

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
    • Advise executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
    • Utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making

    🔹 Talent Management & Acquisition

    • Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization

    🔹 Learning & Development (L&D)

    • Design and implement company-wide training and development programs
    • Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning solutions
    • Manage partnerships with training providers and institutions
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

    🔹 Performance & Succession Management

    • Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
    • Lead succession planning and talent review initiatives
    • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

    🔹 Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
    • Promote a positive and transparent workplace culture

    🔹 Organizational Development & Change Management

    • Lead transformation initiatives to support innovation and growth
    • Manage change processes during restructuring or strategic shifts
    • Conduct employee surveys and implement improvement plans

    🎓 Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
    • Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
    • Professional HR certifications (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
    • 8–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
    • Strong expertise in Learning & Development and talent strategy
