Overview

The Global Resilience Partnership (GRP) is inviting applications for a part-time, remote Human Resources (HR) Manager. This position offers an opportunity for experienced HR professionals to contribute to the strengthening of GRP’s human capital and organizational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fair and transparent recruitment processes aligned with GRP’s values.
Develop onboarding programs that integrate new staff into the organization effectively.
Review, update, and develop HR policies, procedures, and staff manuals in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Create internal HR documentation, including a staff handbook.
Oversee staff allocation in line with program needs and organizational budgets.
Monitor time management, including accurate timesheet tracking and compliance with donor requirements.
Lead performance management initiatives and staff development programs.

Requirements

5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably within NGOs or international organizations.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR policy development, staff management, and capacity building.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Priority consideration for nationals from ODA-eligible countries.

Benefits

Compensation: USD 2,500–3,000 per month, inclusive of work equipment usage.
Part-time (50%) independent contractor position.
Remote work flexibility.
