Implementation Engineer @NiCE

Overview

The Implementation Engineer at NiCE is a customer-facing, billable position involved in engaging clients while providing specialized expertise in NiCE products and the contact center industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration and programming as required.
• Conduct process, data, and object modeling in various application and database environments.
• Oversee database design, development, enhancement, and management of application changes.
• Deliver technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, and development.
• Manage end-to-end system life cycle development for small to large-scale projects.
• Perform business analysis, user needs analysis, and contribute to business systems design.
• Supervise junior staff or subcontracted personnel during project life cycles.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical field (CS/IS/EE) or business (Marketing/MIS), or equivalent work experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in Implementation, Business Optimization, Education & Enablement, or Engineering Services.
• Analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.
