Overview
The role of Implementation Engineer involves managing the delivery of Forter integrations for new and expanding customers. This project management-led position is focused on ensuring timely integration from kickoff to go-live while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, serving as the project lead and primary contact throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
- Lead project governance with stakeholders, setting agendas and tracking action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success.
- Articulate integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track project health and delivery metrics, flagging risks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Proven track record in running multiple concurrent projects with structured plans.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and accountable mindset towards project management.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Working technical fluency with API integrations, JavaScript, JSON, and other technologies.
- Experience in a multinational environment; previous experience in payments or eCommerce is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python) and experience with customer segmentation is a plus.

Location
