    Overview

    The Implementation Officer ensures successful onboarding and adoption of Moniebook POS for retail customers at Moniepoint Inc.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and execute structured onboarding plans
    • Guide customers through Moniebook POS setup and configuration
    • Deliver live training sessions (one-on-one and group)
    • Track usage, transactions, and feature adoption
    • Build strong customer relationships and provide support
    • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
    • Document onboarding records and FAQs
    • Ensure smooth transition to Account Managers post-onboarding
    • Collect feedback and share insights with Product and Account teams

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation/account management (SaaS/POS preferred)
    • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience creating training materials and knowledge of SaaS onboarding frameworks is preferred
